Location(s): General education courses are available at all BC locations. Program specific courses for this program are offered at the Judson A. Samuels South Campus and the Miramar Town Center.
Program Entrance Requirements: HS Diploma or GED. TSA background check may apply for those seeking airport internships.
Program Description: This program offers four specializations: Aviation Business (Track A), Air Traffic Control (Track B), Airport Management (Track C), and Commercial Pilot (for VA students) (Track D). The Air Traffic Control courses are approved through the FAA’s Collegiate Training Initiative (CTI) program. Visit the program’s website for more information.

Students must hold a Private Pilot Certificate issued by the Federal Aviation Administration in order to enroll in ATF2305 INSTRUMENT FLIGHT INSTRUCTION. Please bring your certificate to your advisor for filing.

Students may select from any ASC, ATF (flight training costs extra), ATT, or AVM course.

To earn Technical Certificate 6321, students must receive articulated credit for ATT1100 AERONAUTICAL SCIENCE and ASC1100 NAVIGATIONAL SCIENCE I and must take ASC1610 AIRCRAFT ENGINES, STRUCTURES, AND SYSTEMS as an elective course.
