Information Technology

Broward College offers a wide range of technology services for our students. We provide access to high-speed internet in open computer labs, Academic Success Centers, and through college-wide WiFi, which is available for classroom laptops as well as for students who bring their own devices.

Students can access email and cloud storage through Office 365 and can utilize the Microsoft Office suite on their personal devices while attending Broward College. Additionally, online learning is supported through the Desire2Learn (D2L) platform and Zoom.

A technical helpdesk is available for students 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If a student is having trouble accessing services on campus or online, they can simply submit a Helpdesk Ticket at helpdesk.broward.edu or call 954-201-7521. In-person support is also available during normal business hours at the Technology Support Centers on the North, South, and Central campuses, providing direct access to IT professionals for assistance.
