Critical Thinking
CLO 1: 1.0 The student shall be able to clearly communicate in writing information derived from course related readings about the major concepts and themes in the biological sciences. Students will analyze and interpret physiological data.
CLO 2: 2.0 The student shall be able to demonstrate an understanding of the basic concepts that serve as a chemical foundation to the study of anatomy and physiology. Students will demonstrate an understanding of anatomical structure, organization of the body cavities, planes, and directional terms. Students will explain how the components of the human body maintain homeostasis.
CLO 3: 3.0 The student will identify cells structure and describe their functions.\n
CLO 4: 4.0 Students will distinguish tissues by structure, location in the body, and contrast their normal physiology.
CLO 5: 5.0 Students will identify and describe structures of, and interpret the functions of the integumentary system.\n
CLO 6: 6.0 Students will identify and describe structures of, and interpret the functions of the skeletal system.
CLO 7: 7.0 Students will identify and describe structures of, and interpret the functions of the skeletal system and physical events of muscle contractions to body movements.
